Holistic Life Designs’ Metaphysical Therapy Practitioner Certification
This one year certification program is designed for holistic living, healing arts, and alternative health practitioners who desire to add metaphysical therapy to their healing modalities. For the colloquium component of the program, participants will experience these modalities first hand as they travel through the ancient civilizations of the Mediterranean: Roman, Athenian, Ephesian, Alexandrian, Maltese, and Spanish. Holistic Life Designs’ Metaphysical Therapy Practitioner Certification also includes online-based healing work with the 28-Day Soul Coaching Program, 365 Lessons in A Course in Miracles, and the 112 Techniques in The Book of Secrets. Gina Alzate will be facilitating this certification program.

The Workshop at Sea
Day 0: Participants will meet in Barcelona, Spain. All are encouraged to stay at least one or two days in Barcelona prior to departure to allow for rest and relaxation as well as time to experience this beautiful Spanish Riviera destination.
Day 1. From Barcelona, the participants will experience Healing with Angel Communication. Participants will learn to connect with their angels as they become familiar with the ways angels send their messages. This is an intense and life transforming day as participants begin to heal their lives with the help of their angels. They will learn to work with their angels on healing themselves and situations, to discern Divine Guidance, to request for sacred signs and to give others angel readings using angel oracle cards.
Day 2. Next stop is Civitavecchia, Italy at the mouth of Rome. The participants could further their experience of Angel Communication in the Eternal City. Participants could spend part of the day at Saint Peter’s Basilica at the Vatican City and visit the resting place of the First Pope of the Catholic Church, Saint Peter, the first of the 12 Apostles of Jesus Christ. Everyone is also encouraged to visit Michaelangelo’s Sistine Chapel and the world-famous Vatican City Museum. Others may choose to explore the ruins of Ancient Rome and visit catacombs where the martyrs and saints were buried.
Day 3. On the second day at sea, participants will explore Healing with Spirit Communication. Participants will learn how loved ones including animal friends send messages from beyond. Healing with spirit communication becomes the focus of this important journey to self-transformation. Releasement from bound unforgiveness allows all to claim their power back and the energies they have used to suppress draining emotions. Participants will experience more fully their primary way of receiving messages from the spirit world among the clairsenses, as well as emphasizing the importance of grounding and clearing work.
Day 4. Next stop is Piraeus, Greece, the port of Athens. Participants will explore the ruins of Ancient Athens, the cradle of civilization. They are encouraged to look deeper within and feel the subtle energies permeating this ancient and formidable city.
Day 5. After a day in Athens, the participants will explore Izmir, known as Ephesus, Turkey. This is the place where the Virgin Mary died and the focus of Saint Paul’s Letter to the Ephesians in the New Testament. Participants are encouraged to continue communicating with their angels as they add their own footprint to this important city.
Day 6. Third day at sea takes the participants to Healing Past Life Memories. Participants will experience past life journeys. This is a healing day as the soul would only reveal past life memories helpful in uncovering the truths about recurring patterns in one’s life either in relationships or events. Through guided meditations, participants will encounter the keys to solving their current problems and challenges. Then they will have the choice to heal their past life memories.
Day 7 and 8. The participants will explore Alexandria, Egypt. This city was critical to the empires of Julius and Augustus Caesar. It is also well-known as the refuge of the famous star-crossed lovers, Anthony and Cleopatra. Those who feel strong ties to Egypt may discover past life connections to the land and their people as far back as the time of Moses, and perhaps further back in history. All are encouraged to visit the Great Pyramid of Giza and the Sphinx, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
Day 9. Fourth day at sea takes the participants to explore Energy Healing. The day starts with a First Degree Reiki I attunement to facilitate self-healing and inner clearing work. Those who are already Reiki Practitioners or Reiki Masters will receive their re-attunement. Those who are not current Reiki Practitioners will receive their attunement for self-healing. The attunements will be followed by an exploration of the various energy healing modalities such as Aroma, Sound/Music, Color, Light, Crystal, Movement/Dance and Chakra therapies. The focus of the day is to understand the importance of energy healing in one’s space, internal or external of the self, to raise vibrational frequencies and well-being.
Day 10. Participants will explore the quaint city of Valleta on the island of Malta. Participants are encouraged to continually practice their communication with the angels and their loved ones. They could explore past life memories with links to Malta. They could also allow their subconscious to daydream on the peaceful seaside, or raise their vibrations through music and dance.
Day 11. Final day at sea takes participants on a journey through Environmental Healing with Feng Shui and Space Clearing. This day completes the 5-day workshop on healing modalities for this segment of Metaphysical Therapy. Environmental healing is critical as the mind expresses what is going on with it externally. One’s environment represents the happenings in one’s mind, and vice-versa. If the environment is well-ordered and energized, the mind thinks lighter with clarity. If the environment is disordered and stagnant, the mind reflects similar stagnation and loss of focus. Space clearing opens up space for more opportunities. Creating sacred space promotes well-being with serenity. Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese tradition of balance, form and function, both in one’s mind and in one’s surroundings. It addresses the 9 main areas of one’s life, ensuring flowing energy throughout the home and environment to promote well-being, prosperity and harmony.
Day 12. Return to Barcelona, Spain. Participants are invited to stay longer in this beautiful city and explore the life and joy of experiencing the Spanish Riviera. Having explored diverse healing modalities that affect one’s well-being, participants are encouraged to continue practicing healing with angel and spirit communication, healing past life memories and vibrational energies, and environmental healing to promote wellness in body, heart, mind and spirit.

Metaphysical Therapy On-Site Training is hosted in the Mediterranean with corresponding authentic areas for immediate application of healing modalities: Healing with Angel Communication, Healing with Spirit Communication, Healing Past Life Memories, Energy Healing, and Environmental Healing with Feng Shui and Space Clearing. Books, Workbooks, Meditation CDs and Oracle Card Decks are included.
(2) 28-Day Soul Coaching Program
Soul Coaching is a 28-Day Program designed for the participants to engage in Inner Work of clearing mental, emotional, spiritual and physical clutter, ultimately leading to the discovery of the yearning of their souls and the beginning of their holistic healing. Clearing work is done at home with online support and daily engagement of assignments. Book and Meditation CD included.
(3) 112 Techniques of The Book of Secrets
The Book of Secrets by Osho is a comprehensive and practical guide to the secrets of the ancient science of Tantra based on the cumulative wisdom of centuries of exploration into the meaning of life and consciousness. This course follows the 28-Day Soul Coaching Program. This course is engaged daily with online support and daily readings and practice of individual techiques as assignments. Book included.
(4) 365 Lessons in A Course in Miracles
A Course in Miracles is a 365-Day Program designed for the participants to “remove the blocks to the awareness of love’s presence.” This course runs concurrently with Soul Coaching, then with the Book of Secrets. This course is engaged daily with online support and daily readings and practice of individual lessons as assignments. Book included.
